  I live in a country area outside of Hobart and was advised that their courier only delivers to that area once a week as to which I was given the day. I asked the staff person a number of times for an approximate delivery time that day, even if just the AM or PM as I work full time and I was really required at work due to currently being low in staff numbers. I was told repeatedly by Fantastic Moonah that they could not advise on a time whatsoever, that it depends on the courier and as to whether my item is loaded first in the truck etc. I mentioned that unless I could get some idea of a rough time id have to take a full day off work as unpaid leave just to be home for my delivery. I was again told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do. Imagine my surprise when the night before my delivery day, I received a call from the lovely courier man who provided me with the approximate time for my delivery!! He advised that they always call the customer the night before to give an approx time and was surprised that the Fantastic Furniture staff hadn't advised me of that. Totally pathetic service from start to finish Fantastic Furniture Moonah!! Im far from impressed!! Firstly, your phone rang out for over 2 hours every time I attempted to call your store the day I wanted to query if you had the item in store or not. Eventually I gave up and rang a northern store and they got Moonah to ring me back. And then I am forced to lose a days pay because your staff is unhelpful, unprofessional and fails fully in Customer Service. I have spent a significant amount of money in your store, but you can now take me off your records as my money will now be going to Superamart on the Brooker from now on.
